Biz Perks Breakfast

Free networking & card exchange breakfast for Chamber Members and guests.
Location: Varies (10-12/year)
$300 sponsorship provides coffee and donuts.

Board of Directors/Trustee Luncheon

Speaker topics: Timely business, governmental, media and economic presentations, Trustee member inductions.
Location: Varies (10/year)
$600 sponsorship per luncheon.
Benefits: To promote yourself and your company to other Trustee & senior level executives and owners, 5 minute presentation, collateral on all seats.

Downtown Leaders Luncheon

Does just telling people who you are and where you work not tell the whole story?  TheDowntown Leaders Luncheon provides you the opportunity to have three minutes to describe your business in detail.  Since the attendance is limited to 20 people, attendees have the chance to ask questions and really get to know their fellow Chamber members. Held on the first Thursday of each month, 20 Chamber members come together for lunch and to describe in detail who they are, what they do and what kind of business they are looking to attract. It’s networking at its most productive level. RSVP Today!
Cost:  $20 All inclusive

Business After Hours

Networking and card exchange for members and non-members Area Restaurants and Bars (11/year)
Sponsor/Host provides 2 drinks per person & hors d’oeuvres for approximately 50-100 attendees.
Their are three business afterhour categories, East (Greater Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park/Wilton Mannors), West (Weston area Council, GLBX Council.

Marty Elberg, Circle of Life Legal Services

Circle of Life Legal Services is an estate planning practice that focuses on helping families enhance their lives today and secure their futures for tomorrow.  Attorney Marty Elberg helps guide clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create plans that ensure the well-being of families and the accomplishments of cherished family goals. 

Marty Elberg graduated from California Western School of Law in 2006. After graduation, Marty moved back to his hometown of Eagle Grove, Iowa to be closer to his and his wife’s family where they could raise their boys with the same Midwestern values they learned.  Soon after he was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2007, he opened his own practice to serve the small town.  After several years of growing his business and transitioning their boys into responsible young men, Marty and his wife moved to Florida. He now resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Susie. Their children live in Iowa and Virginia. One is in the Army National Guard and the other is in the US Navy. 

Community involvement has always been a top priority for Marty. In April of 2015 he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Voices for Children of Broward County. This organization helps bring normalcy to neglected and abused children under the care of the state in Broward County.  He was also selected as one of three finalists for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award.
