Dan Lindblade, CAE President/CEO (954) 462-4911
Dan has nearly three decades of organizational management experience at national, state and local levels. He is in charge of operations for the Chamber, leading the executive management team in Fort Lauderdale. He lobbies on behalf of business issues and interests and is the spokesman for the organization. Dan has held positions of CEO, executive vice president, director of government affairs and public relations at organizations in Madison, WI, Orlando, Albuquerque, Fort Lauderdale and Lexington, KY.
Dan serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, the Orange Bowl Committee, the Executive Committee and Board of Winterfest, Florida Atlantic University President's Council, the Council of Economic Advisors, the Port Everglades Action Team, and a host of other organizations.
He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), was graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a BA in Journalism, and has won numerous awards for his work in organizational management.

Carolyn has been with the Chamber since 1983 and knows pretty much all there is to know about the Chamber. A graduate of the U.S. Chambers Institute of Organizational Managemnt Carolyn is a tireless coordinator of the Chamber's Downtown, Beach, Weston, Oakland Park/Wilton Manors Council and Women's Councils as well as the director and organizing talent behind the Chamber's successful Leadership programs and major events. As a keystone of the Chamber, Carolyn is much admired and respected by her fellow Chamber staff. |

Sonia Perez joined The Chamber Foundation in July 2011 as Project Manager for Chamber Connect. Sonia brings her knowledge of the nonprofit sector and administrative experience to the Chamber Connect program (Community Foundation of Broward Re-engage for Good grantee). Her duties as Project Manager are to identify and connect soon-to-be retired or retired professionals 55+ ready to engage in meaningful, purposeful work in the nonprofit community.Sonia is also Founder/Executive Director of Angel’s Pediatric Heart House, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving South Florida children with congenital hearts defects and their families. |

Event Coordination

Dolores Molina Administrative Coordinator (954) 462-8023
Dolores Molina joined the Chamber in June of 2011. Dolores brings to the Chamber over ten years of marketing, tourism and event coordination experience and has worked with high profile organizations such as General Growth Properties, Simon Property Group and Forest City Enterprises. Dolores will be in charge of event coordination, registration for the Beach Council, Leadership Fort Lauderdale and Women’s Council. |

Doug Frens Administrative Coordinator (954) 462-2570 Doug Frens has a background in Social Work, where he coordinated countywide training and appreciation events for nonprofit child welfare agencies in Michigan. He also has extensive experience in community marketing and neighborhood improvement projects working directly with city governmental agencies. Since moving to Florida, Doug has focused his energy in the coordination of administrative services for a real estate agency and development projects at the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens. Doug brings extensive skills in verbal and written communication, coordination of services and the ability to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and interests. Doug is responsible for various chamber events such as Jazz in the Hall, Salute to Business, Business After Hours and the Downtown Council. Laura Rand Administrative Coordinator (954) 462-2570 Laura joined the Chamber in October 2012. Her duties include event planning and registration for events and functions. She holds dual degrees of Associate in Applied Science as both an Administrative Assistant and a Medical Administrative Specialist. Laura spent three years working at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison for the Chief of Cardiology and Cardiac Outreach Director as well as supporting multiple other cardiologists. Laura balances numerous priorities in all areas of her life with focus and compassion.
Leaving Wisconsin winters behind her, she recently moved to Ft. Lauderdale. In her role as assistant to the Executive Vice President, Carolyn Michaels, Laura’s enthusiasm for her new home is reflected in her eager and willing service to the Chamber members and its staff.

Kinnon joined the Chamber in September of 2012. She graduated with a BS in Organizational Studies from Louisiana State University in 2009. Since college, Kinnon acquired professional networking and client relations experience as an Underwriting assistant for Surety Bond Brokers of Louisiana. Today, Kinnon assists President & CEO, Dan Lindblade with all internal and external operations of the Chamber. She enjoys interacting and building relationships with our trustee & Chairman Circle members, as well as the Chamber’s Board of Directors. She also serves on the Trustee committee advisory board, aiding with event planning and coordination. Though she recently relocated from Louisiana, she is taking delight in the embrace of the Greater Fort Lauderdale business community, and foresees a bright future, contributing her talents in South Florida.

Jasmin joined the Chamber in September, 2005. She brings twenty years of diverse experience in business, accounting, and special events. She has held positions as an accounting manager, senior program director, operations specialist, finance business manager and part time cross country coach. Jasmin has worked with high profile organizations such as Nova Southeastern University and the YMCA of Greater Miami. She is a certified running coach and graduated with a BS in Business and a Masters in Int'l Business from Nova Southestern University. She brings high energy and professionalism to the Chamber. |

Cristina brings to the Chamber over 15 years of experience in administration/operations, advertising, sales and management. She graduated with a BS in Communication Arts and Sciences from St. John’s University in 1994, and has worked for companies such as NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, COX Communications, Dunn & Bradstreet and City Furniture. Cristina is fluent in Spanish, and has an excellent reputation for building and maintaining strong member relationships. |

Deborah Webb brings to the Chamber over 20 years of experience as a high-performing pharmaceutical and medical sales representative with a strong track record of effectively building and maintaining loyal customer relationships, increasing sales and contributing to overall profitability. She has a BS degree in biology and a MBA in marketing. Deborah has worked for many fortune 500 companies, such as Abbott Laboratories, BD Microbiology Systems, Knoll Pharmaceuticals, and Staar Surgical. She was the founding member of the Women of Worth investment club in Baltimore, Md. Deborah and her daughter recently moved here from Ellicott City, Md. She is glad to be back home. |

Kristopher Fisher joined the Chamber in May of 2011. As a recent graduate from the College of Business at Florida State University, with a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Marketing, Kris brings a young energetic vibe to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Although his time outside the scholastic setting is short, his time spent within was spent gaining years of networking experience as Social Chair of fraternity Phi Sigma Kappa. Since college, Kristopher has acquired both sales and management experience from companies such as SmithBarney, Abercrombie & Fitch Mangment, and Ultimate Corporate Advertising. It is Kristopher’s goal to play a major role in the Fort Lauderdale business community, helping business owners complete their missions and ensure success. |

Rene has been with the Chamber since 1993 and has been witness to the many changes that have taken place over the years. Rene is a jack of all trades. He is tri-lingual, a deacon in his church, the father of eight children and always ready with a hearty laugh and kind word. Rene never turns down a request for assistance and is nearly indispensable in so may ways. |
