Jan previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a national energy company where he recruited, trained, and managed teams for internal call centers, channel markets, and outside sales initiatives. In only three years, he led the company from 11 employees to 150 employees. Increased customer base from 10,000 to over 110,000 and increased revenue from $15,000,000 to over $240,000,000 positioning the company as one of Inc. Magazines 500 fastest growing private companies in America. Prior to his success in the energy industry, Jan was a licensed real estate business broker where he implemented solutions to increase business efficiency, provided infrastructure development and formulated growth through business acquisitions and formidable exit plans.
Other successes include driving sales of a software developer from $1,000,000 to $28, 000,000 and an acquisition and an IT Training company from $2,000,000 to $18,000.000.
