President of American National Bank
Ginger Martin, President of American National Bank, graduated from the Leadership Broward Program (Class XXI) and quickly became involved in the leadership training programs that we offer by serving as the Vice-Chair and then Chair of Class XXV and XXVI. Ginger was also instrumental in the Community Project process which is an important component of the LB program whereby class members participate in a project to benefit a Not for Profit organization in Broward County. Ginger then joined the LBF Board and Executive Committee and served as Chair from 2009-2010.
Ginger is a compassionate, energetic leader giving back to her community and organizations that are important to her. In 2010, Ginger was honored as one of the Calendar Women of Leadership Broward for her outstanding service to LBF and our community. As an adoptive parent and former foster parent, she is an avid foster care advocate and sits on the Board and the Finance Committee of 4Kids of South Florida, Inc.
Ginger has shared her LBF experience by sponsoring other members of her ANB team for the program. Mediocre is not in Ginger’s vocabulary and she strives for and gives generously of her time, talent and resources. The word “no” is not in Ginger’s vocabulary and she is constantly reaching out to unite and engage others in order to make our community a better place. We are happy to nominate Ginger as our Chamber Hero. For more information, please visitwww.leadershipbroward.org.
