Small business makes up the majority of membership at the
Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and on Wednesday, May 26, 9:00 am,
we have designed a workshop specifically for this important sector of our community.
A panel of banking and business leaders will cover lending,
the City of Fort Lauderdale will review economic development incentives and
programs, and an employment leader will review employee tax laws—all free of
charge at Fort Lauderdale City Hall, 101 N. Andrews Avenue, first floor.
Speakers include: Charles Long, US Small Business
Administration, Keith Costello, Broward Bank of Commerce, Scott Radway, Regions
Bank, Bruce Boddie, Florida First Capital Finance Corp., Stephen Scott, City of
Fort Lauderdale, Alfred Battle, City of Fort Lauderdale, and Joe Pintimalli,
Florida Payroll Services.
There is still room for some table top exhibitors that will
run from 9-12:00 noon.
