Jane Carrié is an experienced sales and business development professional in the highly competitive travel industry with a passion for customer service.  Over the past 25 years she has held positions with Delta Air Lines, Rockwell Tours, Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Costa Cruise Lines in various sales and managerial roles.

She was recently named Director Sales and Service for Universal Travel / American Express.  Her responsibilities and areas of expertise include business development and customer relationship management. Jane is a Certified Travel Counselor and is Six Sigma certified.  She has served on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Chapter of the American Society of Travel Agents. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Tower Forum. 

Jane has been married for 22 years and enjoys traveling, music, reading, wine collecting, physical fitness and languages.
