Andreas A. Ioannou is the General Manager, Complexed Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, GALLERYone Fort Lauderdale, A Doubletree Suites by Hilton. A veteran Hilton team member with more than 16 years experience, Ioannou has an impressive background in resort operations which has ensured the properties’ phenomenal success.
Prior to coming to Fort Lauderdale in 2005, Ioannou served as General Manager, Hilton Charlotte Center City. His career with Hilton Hotels Corporation began in 1989 with the Hilton New Orleans Riverside with advancements through successive food and beverage positions at the Hilton Atlanta Airport, Fontainebleau Hilton Resort & Towers, Hilton McLean and the legendary Waldorf Astoria in New York City.
A native of Nicosia, Cyprus, Ioannou received both his MBA and his Bachelor of Science degree in hotel, restaurant and tourism administration at the University of New Orleans, Louisiana.
