Fort Lauderdale’s Class XVIII. We
are currently accepting applications for this phenomenal program which has over
500 distinguished alumni.
Sometimes we take for granted that others will carry the torch
and we abdicate our responsibility to be an active member of our region. The beauty of Leadership
Fort Lauderdale is that many attendees find their niche, giving valuable
time and talent to improve the quality of life in South Florida.
I have found the most successful individuals find an area in
which they have passion. It could be
serving on the Board
of Directors of the Chamber, volunteering for a citizen advisory group, or
serving in a leadership position with one of our many non-profit organizations
to name but three.
