On September 22, Broward College is hosting the Disney Institute to provide a one-day training on Disney’s Approach to Quality Service. This is going to be a stellar event for enhancement of customer service within organizations and is ideal for those looking to learn how service drives differentiation and how to design and deliver exceptional customer service as well as how to recover from a service failure. As part of the training, participants will receive training manuals/workbooks from the Disney Institute as well as a certificate of completion from the Disney Institute.
