Leads & Networking Groups
Boost Your Business With Chamber Resources
Leads groups are made up of individuals from different categories of businesses. The object of each group is to build personal contacts throughout the community and to assist each other in finding new prospects and avenues for business.
Membership in the group is restricted to one person per profession or specialty. Each chamber leads group is facilitated by an elected leads group chairperson who conducts meetings, maintains the group’s membership, and helps promote the group’s objectives.
Being a member of a leads group requires a commitment to attend the group on a consistent basis. Missing two months in a row or 3 meetings in a quarter without notifying the chair may be grounds for replacing you with another member who wishes to join.
Please contact the leads group chair BEFORE visiting as a guest to ensure your professional category is available in that group! To inquire about all leads groups, please fill out this form.
The primary goal of Biz to Biz Leads Group is to provide a platform for local businesses to network, share referrals, and generate new business opportunities. Members meet on the first, third, and fifth Thursdays of the month to exchange information about their products and services and to offer leads or referrals to other members who may be able to benefit from them. The ultimate objective is to build strong, long-term relationships among members, which can lead to increased sales and revenue for everyone involved. By working together, we can leverage each other's strengths and resources, and tap into a wider range of potential customers than they might be able to reach on their own.
In our meetings, we have a short period for networking, where members introduce themselves, followed by a presentation from either a guest speaker or one of our own members. To become a member, it's necessary to attend meetings regularly and be committed to contributing to the group to the best of your ability. For more information, contact Chair Sarah Holland or Vice Chair Annamaria Fagetti Preti

The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce is the first Chamber in the state of Florida and one of the first in the nation to recognize the LGBT community as a major component of their membership. The contributions of the gay and lesbian business community are a driving force in the local economy.
GLBX originated as the Gay and Lesbian Business Exchange and formally became a council in the late 2010, shortly before the two year anniversary. The Council grew to more than 150 members in less than two years. GLBX Council now operates a leads group that meets twice monthly and, like the Council itself, is open to anyone interested in doing business with the gay and lesbian community, no matter their sexual orientation. For more information, contact Chair Johnnie Mejia or Vice-Chair Irv Scott.
