Eligible Broward County employers may receive reimbursement of up to 90% of a new employee's wages for up to 90 days while they learn the skills needed to succeed in their role. The grant may also be used when promoting and training a current employee for a new position within your organization.
Important: Training grant agreement must be fully executed before the employee is hired or promoted into the new role.
